Q.What is the minimum stay when I can book an apartment?
A.The minimum term for which we can book an apartment is 5 days( in Sevastopol, Simferopol, Yalta). In Kiev and Odessa is 4 days

Q.How can I rent an apartment if I want to come only for a couple days?
A.If you come for less than 5 days, then you will have to inform us at least one day in advance and we will put you up in the apartment that matches your criteria upon your arrival.

Q.What does the quoted price include?
A.The daily price that is quoted on the website covers daily rent of the apartment, gas, electricity, local phone calls, towels and bed linens, house utility. If the apartment has a high-speed Internet, you pay separately. There are no extra hidden charges or taxes.

Q.What kind of Payment methods do you have?
A.1.You can pay either by Money Gram system (www.moneygram.com) 2.You can pay by Western Union (www.westernunion.com) . If you have a credit card issued by a US bank, you can pay on-line. In other cases, you have to visit one of the local western union office.

Q.How much the deposit should be to book an apartment?
A.To reserve an apartment you have to put up a deposit equivalent to the cost of two nights stay.

Q.What time do I have to check-in and check-out?
A.The check-in and check out time depends upon the city you rent an apartment in. In Kiev apartments, the check-in time is 2:00pm and check-out time is noon. Early check-in is charged as full daily apartment cost.  Late check out (before 6pm) is charged as half daily apartment cost, after 6pm as a full daily apartment cost. Late check-out is available in cases when your apartment does not have any other bookings for this day In Odessa apartments the check-in and check-out time is 12:00 noon. In Sevastopol, Yalta, Simferopol apartments there is no strict check-in and check-out time.

Q. How can I change or cancel my booking?
A. If you wish to cancel or change your booking after you put up a deposit please notify us about your changes. In this case the deposit is not refunded..

Q.Who pays for the bank transfer?
A.Any bank transfer charges are paid by a client.

Q.When do I have to pay the balance?
A.The remaining balance you pay when you will be put up in an apartment.

Q.Can I make the international phone calls from my apartment?
A.No.

Q.Can you provide me with a VIP-meeting at the airport so that I wouldn't wait 2 hours in the line?
