Apartment resevation

To reserve an apartment you have to put up a deposit (the deposit depends upon a season and duration of your stay)

We do not provide reservation of the certain apartment for 1-4 nights only. We provide reservation only for 4+. If you are coming for less than 4 nights you are reccommended to call us at least 1 day beforehand and we will put you up in the apartment that will be available at the moment.

Money transfer charges and payment policy

Once you fill out a booking form you will be provided with a payment information. You can pay by Money Gram or Western Union systems. After you make a payment, do not forget to send us MTC number. We cannot book an apartment until we get MTC transfer number. Any transfer/bank charges must be paid by the client.

Prices

All prices are quoted in US dollars per 1 night. No extra fee is charged while staying at the apartment. We have the right to change prices for holidays (New year's eve, Christmas, Woman's Day, May 1, May 9, Independence Day, Black sea Navy Fleet Parade in Sevastopol, etc). There can stay up to 3 persons in an apartment for the price quoted on the website except for only some apartments. You may have to pay more for any extra person.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel or change your booking after you put up a deposit please notify us about your changes. In this case the deposit is not refunded. The rent amount you paid for the apartment is not refunded if you decide to leave the apartment earlier than you booked it. You can stay longer in case there is no any other booking for this apartment after yours.

Check-in and check-out time

- Check in time: 2pm (14:00),
- Check out time: 12pm (12:00)

Late check out (before 6pm) is charged as half daily apartment cost, after 6pm as a full daily apartment cost. Late check out is possible only if your apartment does not have later reservations this day.
Reservations for Early check in or Late check out are completed in advance only. Please state it in your apartment booking form.

Complaints

We make every effort to ensure that the accommodation we book for you will be clean and comfortable. However, our role is limited since we are a booking agent, and the final responsibility for the condition of the accommodation during your stay is on the owner. You should raise any problems with him/her at the time when you have a problem. You will have contact details for the interpreter who will be glad to interpret between you and the owner if necessary. Interpreting will be done in person if possible, otherwise indirectly by telephone. There is no charge for the interpreter's services in matters relating to payment or condition of the accommodation. If you have any complaints concerning any services we provide, you must inform us straight away in writing prior to your departure at the end of your stay.

Balance payment

You pay the balance upon your arrival. You can pay in Euro or Dollars. The deposit fee will be subtracted from the total sum after the final calculation upon your arrival. If you wish to pay the balance before you come, you can do that by notifying us.

Some nuances of booking apartments in Yalta

Yalta is a small famous resort town and in summer time the population gets up to a million.
There is a big demand on the hotels and apartments for rent. Very often demand exceeds supply and landlords in the stir put up the price or rent the flats to those who offer them a higher price. That is why to book a certain apartment in Yalta is extremely difficult. So we CANNOT guarantee you that you will get the apartment you booked but we CAN guarantee that if this apartment is unavailable we will offer you another apartment of the same quality (category) and price. People often ask us ‘why do we have to book the apartment if there is no guarantee that this apartment will be available upon our arrival?’ The answer is simple. If you do not book an apartment, there is a slight chance that you will be able to find an apartment you want upon your arrival. But if you book an apartment through up you will be guaranteed that you will definitely get an apartment of the same price range and quality in Yalta when you arrive.
